LOVE the new photos (especially the tea party ones). The renovations look amazing and overwhelming at the same time. It looks like the kitchen is coming along (if that's where Jonas is doing baby Yoga).

Hey Dave! Happy Birthday! The renovations are looking good, I understand you are the main contractor and worker. Taking on other clients yet? Take heart, things will get done in time, it just seems to take forever and one thing leads to another. We have done our share of renos and are always happy when we are done.
Really enjoy seeing the pictures of Jonas in all his busyness, and the curls are really cute too. Hope you are feeling well, Jody. God Bless Love Auntie Jo
